Guidelines for the Provisional Accreditation of Developers of Socialized Housing Projects as provided under Section 5 of Board Resolution No. 890, Series 0f 2012, of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations to Govern Section 18 of Republic Act No. 7279

 

The HUDCC Resolution adjusted the Economic Housing Loan Ceiling from P1,250,000 to P1,700,000, subject to existing financing guidelines of the Key Shelter Agencies (KSAs) and other financial institutions involved in housing;  and by virtue of the said loan ceiling adjustment the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) and the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), through the said Resolution, set the price ceiling for economic housing, under Batas Pambansa 220 at One Million  Seven Hundred  thousand pesos (P1,700,000).
