The CREBA Youth, the organization of second-generation CREBAns, was established in 1996 through the initiatives of Ms. Techie P. Bautista to provide the training ground for the future leaders of the Chamber and the industry. Its founding members are Jaime Millan, Nikki Bautista-Gilladoga, Alvin Gilladoga, Rommel Carbonell, James Dulalia and Tonette Sanchez.
