The CREBA-Capiz Chapter, which has central jurisdiction over the thriving city of Roxas, was founded in 1993. Atty. Stephen Arceño, founding president, led and mentored the chapter for many years.
In 2003, the leaders of CREBA-Capiz spearheaded the formation of another chapter in the nearby area of Aklan where real estate activities have been fueled tremendously by tourism in the Island of Boracay, a major destination for both foreign and local travelers.
This further cemented CREBA’s presence in the Western Visayas Region – home to not only several of its strongest and most seasoned chapters, but also the biggest housing and real estate industry players in the country today.
