CREBA - NAR

NAR Global Alliances - Philippines
Philippine real estate practitioners can now be part of the prestigious, century-old, US-based National Association of Realtors® (NAR) by applying with CREBA as International Realtor Member (IRM).
This has been made possible by the agreement between NAR and the CHAMBER OF REAL ESTATE & BUILDERS’ ASSOCIATIONS, INC. (CREBA) designating the latter as NAR’s exclusive bilateral partner association in the Philippines.
IRMs enjoy ther use of the distinctive and globally recognized REALTOR® trademark and logo, access to the largest online real estate library in the world, a searchable international brokers directory and other tools proven to leverage real estate professionals in international business.
The NAR-CREBA cooperation aims to promote strict adherence to the highest ethical standards among the country’s real estate practitioners, to make them more competitive in the global real estate community.
This is achieved through, among others, webinars conducted by NAR experts, local forums, and participation in NAR-sponsored international events – the most prestigious of which is the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings.
The REALTOR® trademark is exclusive to active card-carrying members of the NAR. Filipino real estate professionals who hold licenses issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) can avail of this privilege by applying and maintaining their active international realtor membership status through CREBA.

WEBINARS
The International Realtor Member (IRM) Webinars are held online every other Friday. The online format is hybrid – comprised of recordings of live sessions during NAR conventions and conferences, and a live moderator.
While the NAR events are exclusive to members, the recordings are made available to CREBA-NAR.
In turn, as a service to local IRMs, CREBA-NAR makes those recordings available through the IRM Webinar Series, so that those who were not able to attend the live sessions could likewise benefit from the knowledge and insights shared therein.
During the webinars, participants can field questions and interact.
The IRM Webinar Series is open to all interested real estate practitioners free of charge.
