CREBA member-developers who were commended by the Pag-IBIG Fund as its top performing partner-developers for 2022 received special honors last week during the Chamber’s 2nd Advocacy Forum.
They were cited “for being among the country’s top producers of affordable housing, contributing to the government’s 4PH goals and CREBA’s vision of ‘a home for every Filipino’.”
Topping the list were Borland Development Corporation, Bria Homes, Inc. of the Vistaland Group, Cebu Landmasters, Inc., Fiesta Communities, Inc. & Hausland Group, Innova Homes Realty Corporation, Shelter Systems Development Corporation, The New Apec Development Corporation, and Westchester Realty Corporation.
Pag-IBIG SVP Fermin A. Sta. Teresa, Jr. stands witness as CREBA President Noel “Toti” M. Cariño and VP for Academic Affairs Techie P. Bautista hand out the awards.
The Philippine News Agency (PIA) reports Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) as saying that “Pag-IBIG Fund achieved its best-performing year in 2022 as our net income, membership savings, loan releases, and payment collections reached record-highs. These were made possible mainly because of the unwavering support from our partner employers and developers.”
