FLORANTE C. OFRECIO

Flor has been with CREBA for more than 30 years, serving the National Board and its Committees in various capacities over the years.

He first served with the national leadership between 1989-1990 and has remained an active member since. He devoted close to forty years of his illustrious career in real estate, focusing in the areas of marketing and development.

Flor graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Industrial Engineering, proceeding to take up MBA units at the Ateneo de Manila University. He later earned a certificate in Strategic Business Economic Program from the University of Asia and the Pacific.

He served as Sales Director of DMCI Homes, later on leading its exponential and unprecedented growth and expansion as Senior Vice-President. At present, he is the president of Z4 Development Corporation and Chairman of RFO Homes Marketing Services Inc.

Handling crucial corporate responsibilities did not deter him, however, from staying active in socio-civic circles as he remained very much involved with the Rotary Club of South Triangle, District 3780 which he once served as President.

In CREBA, he has been Executive Vice-President, VP-Internal Affairs, VP-Chapter Affairs and Chairman of two national conventions, particularly in 2002 in Baguio City and in 2015 in Bacolod City and has been active in the advocacy and external relations front.
