Jimmy Hernandez, an Economics major graduate from Ateneo de Manila University, worked in his Homeowners Development Corporation (HDC) from college graduation until present. He has been an active member of CREBA since 1986.
He has undertaken and completed 35 affordable economic and open market subdivisions with housing units in Antipolo, Cainta, Caloocan City, General Trias, Marikina, Pasig, Rodriguez, San Mateo, Tagaytay and Tanay since 1984.
His recent subdivision and housing projects are all named Birmingham in the same locations with more subdivisions to be opened soon.
Homeowners Development Corporation was recently awarded by CREBA as one of the best developers of the decade in the Horizontal Residential Economic Housing category.
HDC owns and operates a resort by the sea in Allen, Northern Samar and in Matnog, Sorsogon.
