JERRY M. NAVARRETE

Jerry Navarrete holds an A.B. in Economics Degree from Lyceum University of the Philippines and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University.

He was first employed as an administrative assistant at the Household Development Corporation, a Company owned by former Senator Manny Villar, a well-known subdivision and housing developer. With hard work and determination to succeed, Mr. Navarrete rose among the ranks – manning top real estate firms as Chairman of the Board, Chief Operating Officer, and President. His professional experience in the Real Estate Industry spans more than 40 years.

Mr. Navarrete served CREBA in various capacities until he became the National President in 1997 and Chairman of the Board in 2012. He also chaired the 1996 CREBA Convention and was instrumental in the APEC-CREBA partnership.

His influence and business accomplishments include being the President of Star Mall, Inc. the Golden Haven Memorial Park, Inc., Brittany Development Corp., Crown Asia Properties Inc., C & P Homes, Inc., Palmera Homes Inc., Adelfa Properties Inc., and Household Finance Corporation.

His style of leadership and management exemplifies his conviction that trust is very important in relations with employers, co-workers, and subordinates. As an advocate in the academic sector, Mr. Navarrete is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Trinity University of Asia, as well as the Georgia International Academy, and the Bacoor Parish School.

Mr. Navarrete was recognized as the Most Outstanding Alumnus during the 57th Founding Anniversary and Grand Alumni Homecoming in 2009 of Lyceum University of the Philippines, as well as in the 85th Founding Anniversary and Grand Alumni Homecoming of Imus Institute.

Mr. Navarrete feels that amidst his accomplishments, he still has a lot more to do: “I could aspire for greater heights, but that is no longer of utmost concern to me. I have secured a place in the institution I call home, and it is my wish to keep serving the community and watch it grow to its full potential. It is a dream come true for me to give back all the blessings that the Lord has bestowed upon me.”
