The Chamber’s election during its general membership meeting last Thursday placed nine new faces in the CREBA Board to replace those who have already served 2 consecutive terms, while five incumbent directors were re-elected.
As announced by the COMELEC, the directors, who will serve from 2024 until their term ends in January 2026, are:

- Pacio, Roel A. – DMCI Homes, Inc.
- Robles, Exequiel S. – Sta. Lucia Realty & Development Inc.
- Santos, Allan James – Vistaland & Lifescapes, Inc.
- Soberano, Jose III, R. – Cebu Landmasters Inc.
- Tan, Kerwin Max S. – Robinsons Land Corporation
- Valencia, Joanna Marie P. – Westchester Realty Corporation
RE-ELECTED
- Bautista, Techie P. – Geterson Realty & Development Corp.

Under the CREBA By-Laws, a director may be elected for not more than two consecutive terms.
The COMELEC disqualified one candidate, Gil Miguel T. Puyat of the Puyat Group of Companies, for not being physically present during the election.
Since there were only fifteen qualified candidates, the election resulted in one vacancy in the new Board. Under the By-Laws, any vacancy shall be filled by the remaining members of the Board, provided that the nominee shall have all the prescribed qualifications and none of the disqualifications.
